Terms for using SEOEnabled

Effective 24 October 2026. SEOEnabled is a product of Mexrix Technologies LLC.

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern access to and use of SEOEnabled, an AI-assisted SEO operating system provided by Mexrix Technologies LLC. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Accounts and authority

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that connected websites, Search Console properties, integrations, content, team members and instructions are authorized by the relevant owner. Workspace Owners and Admins control access inside their organization.

3. SEO, AI and measurement limitations

SEOEnabled provides software, data organization, analysis, recommendations, drafts, workflows and measurement tools. Search engines, third-party data providers and AI systems operate independently. SEOEnabled does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, revenue, backlinks, rich results, AI citations, inclusion in answer engines or any other search or commercial outcome.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use. Material production changes are intended for human review and approval. You remain responsible for decisions made from recommendations or generated content.

4. Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of content, domains, instructions and data you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Mexrix Technologies LLC the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, transmit and display that material solely to operate, secure and improve the service for your workspace.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SEOEnabled for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential theft, malicious code, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, bulk backlink spam, private-blog-network automation, abusive scraping, automated link-exchange schemes or conduct that infringes another person's rights or materially harms third-party systems.

6. Third-party services

SEOEnabled may rely on services such as Google Search Console, DataForSEO, Stripe, Resend, hosting infrastructure and configured AI providers. Those services may have their own terms, limits, outages and data practices. SEOEnabled is not responsible for changes or failures outside its reasonable control.

7. Plans, usage and billing

Plans may contain limits for websites, markets, tracked keywords, AI drafts, team members, audits and paid-provider usage. SEOEnabled may stop or restrict metered actions when an allowance is exhausted. During any period in which overage billing is not expressly enabled, exhausted allowances stop the relevant action rather than silently creating additional charges.

Where Stripe billing is enabled, payment-method entry and payment processing occur through Stripe-hosted flows. Subscription state, cancellation availability, taxes, refunds and renewal behavior shown during checkout or in an order form become part of the commercial agreement for that subscription. Self-serve subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel from Workspace settings within 7 days of your first payment, that payment is refunded in full and the subscription ends immediately. During those first 7 days the plan's data and AI-draft allowances are reduced; the full allowance applies from day 8.

8. Suspension and termination

Mexrix Technologies LLC may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security threats, abuse, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any subscription or order-form commitments. Data export, deletion and retention remain subject to operational, legal, security and backup requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

SEOEnabled, its software, interfaces, documentation, product design and associated intellectual property are owned by Mexrix Technologies LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOEnabled is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mexrix Technologies LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation, except to the extent such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mexrix Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any monetary liability cap, exclusions that cannot legally apply, and any negotiated enterprise exceptions are subject to applicable law and any signed order form or separate agreement.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, unauthorized instructions, infringement caused by materials you supply, or violation of these Terms. Any broader indemnity obligations must be set out in an applicable signed order form or separate agreement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any dispute-resolution procedure or venue stated in a signed order form or separate agreement will control to the extent of a conflict.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or commercial changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or service communications when appropriate.
