SSEO Enabled

PRIVACY POLICY

How SEOEnabled handles personal and workspace data

Effective 24 October 2026. SEOEnabled is a product of Mexrix Technologies LLC.

1. Who operates SEOEnabled

Mexrix Technologies LLC operates SEOEnabled. This Policy applies when you visit SEOEnabled, create or join a workspace, connect integrations, receive service communications, use billing features or contact support.

2. Information we process

We may process account information such as name, email address, authentication and session records, organization membership and workspace role. Workspace data can include domains, target markets, keywords, mappings, goals, interventions, content projects, generated drafts, audits, support requests and related SEO operating evidence.

When you connect Google Search Console, we process integration and property context and synchronized search-performance evidence. When SEO data providers are used, we may store keyword, ranking, technical, backlink and authority measurements together with provider-usage and cost records.

3. Billing and service communications

When billing is enabled, we may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan state, billing-period state and webhook diagnostics. Payment-card details entered in Stripe-hosted payment flows are handled by Stripe rather than entered directly into SEOEnabled.

For invitations, billing notices, usage alerts and similar lifecycle messages, we may store recipient, subject, delivery state, provider message identifier and related event metadata.

4. Support data

Support requests may contain the subject, message, related workspace or website context, status and support notes. Do not submit passwords, API keys or other secrets in support requests.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, isolate organization workspaces, operate requested integrations, generate and store requested content, measure usage, process billing, deliver service communications, provide support, diagnose failures, enforce service limits, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

6. Service providers

We may use infrastructure and service providers to operate SEOEnabled, including hosting/database services, Google Search Console, DataForSEO, Stripe, Resend and the AI provider configured for Content Studio. Providers process data under their own contractual and security terms and only for the purposes necessary to support the service.

7. International processing

Because service providers and customers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, Mexrix Technologies LLC will use the mechanism appropriate to the relevant provider and transfer.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, meet billing and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and comply with law. Retention may differ by data category. Backups and operational logs may persist for a limited period after deletion from primary systems.

9. Security

SEOEnabled uses organization-scoped authorization, server-side ownership checks, separately restricted platform administration, hashed expiring invitation and report-share tokens, signed billing-webhook verification, session controls, usage enforcement and operational diagnostics. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection concerning personal information. You may also have rights regarding certain automated processing. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request.

11. Cookies and local storage

SEOEnabled may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity and product operation. Any optional analytics, advertising or non-essential tracking should be described separately if enabled. This Policy does not claim the absence of optional tracking unless production configuration supports that claim.

12. Children

SEOEnabled is designed for business and professional use and is not directed to children. If applicable law imposes a minimum age or parental-consent requirement for a user, that requirement must be satisfied before use.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy when product behavior, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or service communications when appropriate.
